What is PersonalChef.pro?

PersonalChef.pro is the personal chef portal where you can find the chef who can provide the needed service in terms of location, type of service, cuisines, price, etc.

How does PersonalChef.pro work for Clients?

Clients can select chefs based on location, type of service, cuisine, price and any desired keyword.
Clients can also check the reviews present on PersonalChef.pro for the specific chef/service needed.

How does the booking process work?

Once the Client has identified the best chef service, there are two different possibilities depending on how the chef accepts the booking requests, via the instant booking or the message feature.
In instant booking, you have to pick an available date and time from the calendar, insert the number of guests, and then the price is calculated according to the rules for the specific service.
To be able to send the booking request, the client has to be already registered and logged in, otherwise, the registration process is automatically started.
Once the booking request is created, the chef receives an email and must approve the booking or decline it manually.
If the chef doesn’t accept the instant booking, the client can message the chef who will receive an email request with the info from the client.
Once the reservation is approved (or declined), the Client will receive an email notification that the booking is confirmed (or declined).

Do Clients have to pay for the service when they insert the booking?

PersonalChef.pro doesn’t manage the payment for the bookings, this is done directly by the Chef.
He will instruct you if an advance payment is needed and which payment methods he accepts.
PersonalChef.pro does not charge any fee on bookings.

Are Clients requested to register?

Clients can freely browse the services on PersonalChef.pro without the need to register, when they want to insert a booking, either instant booking or booking request, they need to create an account or log in to their account if they already have one.

How can I cancel a booking?

The booking cancellation follows the cancellation policies indicated by the chefs in each listing.

I have dietary requirements, what can I do?

In the features section of the listed service, you will find the dietary restrictions that can be managed. You can also find other info in the description or the title of the service.
In case of doubt at the time of booking you can enter a message to explain what your specific needs are.
